Peugeot, Citroen to recall 10,368 cars in Russia over possible flaws
MOSCOW, Apr 23 (PRIME) -- Automakers Peugeot and Citroen will recall 10,368 cars in Russia due to possible flaws, the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology said on its website on Tuesday.
“The reason for the recall is the adhesive binding of the rear door glass, which cannot ensure the safety of assembly,” the statement said.
“Rear door glasses will be checked and if necessary, loops will be glued to the glass.”
The list includes 10,335 Citroen C1 and Peugeot 107 cars sold between February 2006 and August 2015, as well as 33 Peugeot Traveller, Peugeot Expert, Citroen Spacetourer and Citroen Jumpy cars sold between August 2017 and October 2018.
